Terms of Membership

I confirm that I have never been charged or convicted of animal cruelty or neglect, and I am not currently involved in any unresolved issues involving animal cruelty, neglect, or with clients regarding the care of their pets. I am in good standing with all relevant animal-related industry organizations. I certify that the information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that membership is non-transferable, and any falsified statements or information may result in the revocation of my membership. By signing this application, I agree to abide by the "TPPGA Code of Ethics." Any violation of the Code of Ethics may lead to the suspension or revocation of my membership.

Membership may be terminated in the following ways:

Resignation: Any member in good standing may resign from the association by providing written notice to the Corresponding Secretary.

Lapsing: Membership will be considered lapsed and automatically terminated if dues remain unpaid 30 days after the renewal date.

Expulsion: The board may vote to expel a member due to a violation of the Code of Ethics.
